Welcome to my first Blog about the place I have called home for over 2 years now. I live in a one-bedroom model overlooking Route 50 and the Iwo-Jima memorial. I love it. I am in the West Building on the 4th floor, so I am barely high enough to see over the trees planted in front of my sun room.
My intention for this Blog, and the many more to come about condo buildings in Arlington and Falls Church, is to inform the public about the inside knowledge I have gained while serving clients in real estate in Northern Virginia over the past 7+ years.
